The kitchen\/living room also leads to the two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom faces the sunrise and the other the sunset. The apartment has been refurbished and renovated in the last six years, has wooden beamed ceilings and special energy-efficient windows. These keep the heat out in summer and the cold in winter.
