The entrance door and patio door are new, part of the roof is new, gas heating, the condensing boiler is from 2021, single glazed windows, double glazed patio door. At the moment the apartment is rented, but can become vacant with a notice period of 3 months or the tenant\/tenancy agreement can be taken over.<\/p>\n
