The interior of the restaurant<\/strong> is decorated in perfect Tuscan style. It features a distinctive wine cellar and a relaxation area with a large, picturesque fireplace.<\/p>\n

The top two floors are used as apartments<\/strong> of various sizes (four in total) in a rustic Tuscan style. Each unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The second building<\/strong>, which has two storeys, is situated behind the main building. The two areas are separated by a well-tended lawn, which can be accessed via a stone staircase or a stone gate. It was renovated in 2000 and is smaller than the main building. It comprises six apartments of varying sizes, also in the rustic Tuscan style, each with its own veranda or outdoor balcony.<\/p>\n

The property is complemented by a fenced-in swimming pool<\/strong> of approximately 100 m\u00b2 with wrought-iron pavilions. If required, a further building of approximately 269 m\u00b2 could be constructed on the site.<\/p>\n

Tourism and hospitality investment in Tuscany<\/h2>\n

The agriturismo, which features holiday apartments, a restaurant and a swimming pool<\/strong>, is situated in a popular tourist area.
