Apartment in a small village – Casa Gregorio

A pretty apartment with a garden area and two living units, which could also be separated, in a small village. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen with fireplace, a bathroom and a spacious veranda with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills.  

In the upper area there is another bedroom, living room/kitchen and a bathroom. Both circuits are separate. Gas heating, restored in the upper area 2006, in the lower area 2010 – 2013. Some furniture is included in the price. The house is about 300 years old and belongs to the old village center. It includes a former stable under the apartment and a part of the garden, which can be reached via the courtyard and a small staircase.  

The apartment is located in a small village with very nice neighbors. A 7 km long footpath leads past it. The nearest village with pizzeria, store, bank and café is within walking distance.
