Pretty apartment in an Art Nouveau villa in Tuscany

This pretty 75 m² apartment is located in an extremely charming art nouveau villa. It has a cortile (courtyard) and a small patio behind the house. The villa is located in a lovely little Tuscan village, nestled in rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves.

You enter the cozy courtyard through a wrought-iron gate. On the left-hand side you have your own table with seating. The courtyard is shared with very friendly, elderly neighbors who are rarely around. Enter the small villa through the original wooden door and turn left into the apartment. There you will find the living room with fireplace and the small, open kitchen and a storage room.
If you follow the corridor to the back, you will come to the bathroom on the right, which is newly tiled and equipped with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. To the left is a bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking the line of houses behind the house. Straight ahead is a small bedroom with space for a single bed, a double bunk bed or a pull-out couch. This room has a door with access to another covered seating area.

The ambience is nice and cozy. There is a bar in the village that “doesn’t officially exist” (il Bar che non c’è). There is also a beautiful, 7 km long footpath and a nice village community that organizes a lot together.
