Spacious apartment with a dream view of Tuscany

The beautiful, spacious apartment impresses with its fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside as far as the Versilia coast, the plain of Pisa with its leaning tower and the Apuan Alps. Above all, the sunsets from the balcony over the sea, some 30 km away, are a spectacle you will never get tired of every evening. You also have a view of the garden plot, which is right next to the house and is 1600 m² in size. You could also build an “above ground pool” there. Due to the sloping plot, you could probably even build it so that it looks almost at ground level.

You enter the apartment via a small room, which can be used as a hallway or as a guest area, with a sofa bed and a French door that opens up the same enchanting view. From there, you enter the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen surprises with its spaciousness and the good taste with which it is furnished. The kitchen unit is self-designed and has been thought through down to the smallest detail. The entire interior is deliberately kept functional and simple. To the right of the eat-in kitchen is a balcony of around 4 m², certainly the most frequently used space. To the left is the impressive fireplace room with access to the first bathroom. The fireplace is closed and therefore heats particularly well. From this room, the view extends over the roofs of the small village and its small village street, along which you can also park a little further ahead.

The kitchen/living room also leads to the two bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom faces the sunrise and the other the sunset. The apartment has been refurbished and renovated in the last six years, has wooden beamed ceilings and special energy-efficient windows. These keep the heat out in summer and the cold in winter.
