When you enter the apartment, you first come into the corridor. To the left is a storage room with a window, straight ahead is the kitchen-living room with fireplace, kitchenette with 4-burner gas hob, oven, table and pull-out sofa. To the right is the spacious bedroom and to the right the bathroom. From the bedroom there is access to a terrace with a westerly view of the hills and a wonderful sunset every evening.

The apartment was brought into habitable condition in 2021, but needs renovation. The entrance door and patio door are new, part of the roof is new, gas heating, the condensing boiler is from 2021, single glazed windows, double glazed patio door. At the moment the apartment is rented, but can become vacant with a notice period of 3 months or the tenant/tenancy agreement can be taken over.
