A rustic cottage on the edge of the village; it has no garden, but it does have a roof terrace and lovely views. This house only reveals its special charm at second glance. At first glance, it looks rather dreamy and intriguing from the outside, but quite plain and gloomy on the inside.
The roof is insulated and in good condition, apart from one corner. The roof terrace has been built into the roof. The façade could be restored entirely to natural stone. The windows would need to be enlarged and the frosted glass panes replaced with clear glass.
On closer inspection, the Rustico captivates with its authentic details: terracotta and timber-beamed ceilings, arched doorways, natural stone walls, the stable area with a feeding trough, the large living room with a fireplace, and the kitchen with natural stone walls and a large semi-circular arched window.
On the outskirts of a small village near Casciana Terme Lari, 35 kilometres from Pisa and the coast, in a very central location for visiting Tuscany’s most beautiful towns.
