Set amongst the characteristic hills 30 km south-east of Pisa lies an interesting, well-maintained property of approximately 750 m² featuring a restaurant, swimming pool and 10 holiday apartments of varying sizes. The estate is divided into two parts: a main building, constructed in 2007, which houses an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant has seating for around 90 people indoors. Outside, there is seating for a further 80 to 100 people, some of which is set against the backdrop of elegant wrought-iron pavilions and verandas.

The interior of the restaurant is decorated in perfect Tuscan style. It features a distinctive wine cellar and a relaxation area with a large, picturesque fireplace.

The top two floors are used as apartments of various sizes (four in total) in a rustic Tuscan style. Each unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area.

The second building, which has two storeys, is situated behind the main building. The two areas are separated by a well-tended lawn, which can be accessed via a stone staircase or a stone gate. It was renovated in 2000 and is smaller than the main building. It comprises six apartments of varying sizes, also in the rustic Tuscan style, each with its own veranda or outdoor balcony.

The property is complemented by a fenced-in swimming pool of approximately 100 m² with wrought-iron pavilions. If required, a further building of approximately 269 m² could be constructed on the site.
