A short ‘white’ road leads to the villa, and you pass through a gate into the right-hand wing. The villa is situated on a hill, so you are immediately captivated by a wonderful panoramic view. This is particularly beautiful from the conservatory. From there, the view stretches over the pool, olive groves and vineyards, northwards across the vast plain of Pisa to the Apuan Alps (note that the north-facing side is particularly popular because it is simply cooler, which is invaluable in summer) and westwards, offering stunning sunsets. On the east side, you have the sunrise, and at dinner time, the sunset on the west side. However, this means the sun cannot heat up the façade as much.
